2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom Orders: If you place a custom order or request personalization, please allow additional processing time as specified at checkout.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options, so you can choose the method that best suits your needs. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and your location.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery time is between 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery time is between 2-4 business days.

- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over a certain value. The free shipping threshold will be displayed on our website during checkout.
- International Shipping Fees: For international orders, shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, along with your order number, so we can process a claim with the carrier and assist with a replacement or refund.
8. Order Modifications
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. If you need to change your order or address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any necessary changes before the order is shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified.

If you wish to return an item, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake made by Bytealipc (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
