Refund and Returns Policy for Bytealipc

1. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange the item under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your items.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Any item that has been used, worn, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Exclusions: Certain items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, including perfumes, fragrances, and skincare products. Please refer to the product description for details.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at info@bytealipc.com or call us at (989) 864-3503 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will send you an RA number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

  3. Shipping the Item Back: Carefully package the items in their original packaging and include all tags and accessories. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Processing Time: Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or if the item is defective.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@bytealipc.com or (989) 864-3503 to arrange for an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the desired exchange item.

  • Exchange Processing: Once we receive your return and confirm that the item is in its original, unused condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
  • Shipping Fees for Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if an exchange involves a mistake on our part (such as sending a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

At Bytealipc, we are committed to providing high-quality luxury items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Evidence: Please include photos of the damaged or defective item in your communication, along with your order number and a description of the issue.
  3. Return Shipping: If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to return the damaged or defective product.
  4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bytealipc.com or (989) 864-3503. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you can follow our standard return process to return the item after receipt.

7. International Returns

For international orders, please note the following:

  • Return Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, as well as any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
  • Customs Declarations: When returning international items, please ensure the package is clearly marked as a “return” to avoid any customs fees or delays.
